Running Logs

Running Logs are an important part of your training and racing. When things are going well, your log helps you re-do what worked. When things aren't going well, your log will help you figure out what went wrong and when. The more details you record, the more you can understand your training and racing. There are several ways to log your runs--you can keep a hardcopy log or and electronic log.
If you wish to receive a t-shirt after the Summer Training Program, you will need to use RunningAhead so that we can monitor your progress.

4) Click on "Community" on the main pulldown menu and search for Brighton High School Cross Country, The Password is Distance.

7) "Edit My Profile" (third choice in the middle of the page). 8) Start logging your miles!
If you need to know how far you have run, you can use MapMyRun ( http://www.mapmyrun.com/ ) or USA Track and Field ( http://www.usatf.org/routes/map/ ) to measure any run. Most of the regular BHS runs can be found under Resources> Maps on our website.
