UPLOADING VACCINE CARD to IC
Read our “PARENT GUIDE: Annual Update for Students and COVID Vaccine Card Upload (ENGSPN)” for instructions.
If your child is 12 years or older and has been fully-vaccinated against COVID-19, you are able to upload their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card(s) in a manner similar to other immunization records. Sharing that information may be helpful in the event of an outbreak or quarantine in your child’s school. The Parent Portal Annual Update will be open for parents to update their family information and upload their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card between Jul 28, 2021 and Sep 17, 2021.

2021 Return to School Plan - Updated 8/20/21
Below are the updated measures in place in 27J Schools, based on current recommendations from CDPHE / Tri-County Health department:
- Vaccination Status for Students: Students are not required to be vaccinated or provide proof that they have been vaccinated, but Tri-County Health strongly recommends both. If the student's school has their vaccine on file in IC, they will be exempt from any quarantine as long as they remain symptom free.
- 27J may not have the ability to accept vaccine status after we have issued a quarantine. If you would like to ensure that your student is not quarantined, please contact your school.
